it's done

Em is fine. Bruised and swollen, but okay. She's so brave it brings tears to my eyes.

Capacious needs your love even more than i do, so go give her some. Please.

I'm glad Em is all done and ok.

I have to go to a specialist for my broken tooth..and his first available is NEXT wed!!!! Aggg. Another week of being all fucked up pain meds and a having a puffy face.

And you know it kills me that I could buy a very nice couch for the price of a tooth, and that's with insurance.

I was more worried for you than Em!

I'm glad the hard part is over and Em is ok. it's downhill from here.

I've been thinking of you and Em.

Memories of chipmunk cheeks and painkillers. Ouch.

I'm glad it's over,
keep the cold on the cheeks.

I'm glad that it is over for both of you. Enjoy all those milkshakes you can get, they are few and far between anymore for me as they tend to make more of me. And I am trying to avoid that!

Glad to hear that this experience is now behind both of you. I had all of my wisdom teeth pulled when I was in college, and I can honestly say that all I remember from the experience was that I got to drink lots and lots of milkshakes, and got to miss one of my seminar classes. Hopefully when you gave Em her milkshake, you bought one for yourself.

Thanks for the update! She'll be completely over it in no time.

Yay! You both made it. Poor Em (and Meno)!

Meno, thank you so much. It meant so much to me to have all those supportive comments. You are so kind.

Poor Em. Oral surgery is awful. My sister was planning her first sleepover with her Canadian husband-to-be (we didn't know it then) at her one-room studio apartment when I knocked on the door asking if I could stay because I had just had my wisdom teeth removed and needed her to take care of me. Nice, eh? We all laugh about it now. At least I do. Ha ha. Okay, I'm not really laughing about it. What a jerk I was.

I'm glad Em's ok. I went and visited Capacious, MAN, tough. I feel so badly for her and her family. Her poor son. Thanks for mentioning her situation, I will visit her often to see how her son is doing.

P.S. thanks for directing to Capacious' blog. That was tough to read, but so well documented.

I'm glad things are better in your household.

Hurrah! Needing dental work myself. I feel like such a baby for putting it off so long, after hearing about all that Em had to go through. She was so strong and brave.

I'm so glad she's doing well.

And you too, Mom.

Awwww....poor you guys. I remember going through the same thing. Keep the milkshakes coming.

I'm glad she is fine.

I've been following Capacious's story. What a brave young son she has. What a nightmare.
