i have red fingers
In all this world is there much better than a purloined evening raspberry, plucked from the vine and eaten while it still holds the day's warmth?
I think not.

I also think not. From where did you pinch this delight?
I know I can't actually pluck it from the vine, but a ripe peach is out of this world! Followed of course by ice cream....
I love to burst them against the roof of my mouth.
Mmmmmmmmm!
When I was a kid, summer had started when we could pick honeysuckle blooms for those tiny drops of nectar.
Love this. It's the simple joys in life we need to remember to see.
You're getting better:)
I'm smiling. One day at a time woman. You only have to make it through one day.
Stolen fruit ALWAYS tastes better. :-)
What is this warmth of which you speak? ;)
Yes I detect a glimmer here. I am so very happy for you and your red fingers (although I gotta say when I first read that my mind went to grosser things).
Mmm.
And, yes - there's hope in those raspberries.
only, perhaps, a purloined evening blackberry....
:~)
Nope.
Raspberries are one of my two favorite foods - the other is mango. Today I plucked the first of my garden tomatoes and ate it right there under the sun. It was wonderful and filled with energy. Utter contentment.
It thrills me that you are coming alive to life's beauty again. Please eat more sun-drenched raspberries.
Yay for finding a little happiness! <3
