Credit where credit is due

Something has changed here, you may have noticed. And it's all because TTQ (which i understand stands for Temper Tantrum Queen) offered to make a new template for me.

This forced me to accept the blogger upgrade to a new template and to figure out how to use it. Of course it is very easy, as long as you know how. Ain't that always the way?
So thank you so much TTQ. I really like the new look, and now i know enough to mess with it myself. Scary huh?

This is groovy! Love that boy with the paintbrush! It feels nice in here, sort of lowkey and cool, like reading under a blanket.

I'd like to make me a new template with my ass mooning, but I'm afraid it would take up the entire design...!! ;-)

This looks awesome! Nice makeover!

wow. Meno with an edge, with an attitude.

Whatever.

Sound's like an exasperated teenager!

Yeah, I really like it, too.

I've been having a bit of schitzophrenia at my blog - just can't get the right colors and not enough time to mess with the html when the template doesn't want to let me do what I want.

I really like the new look! It suits you somehow...:)

What a dramatic look...I love it!

The new template looks good, nice and clean. Have you seen the new Wash. State license plates? Not only do we have one of the most boring looking plates but they are dropping the embossed numbers & letters and going to having them just painted on. And with the replace plates every seven years it will be impossible to avoid. At least our state quarter looks pretty good.

I love the car tag! I may have to make a new banner for me now! After I finish a couple of other banners I'm working on for other bloggers.

It is off center for me. Is it off center for you?

Go into HTML and adjust your margins, you'll rest easier if you do...

Great banner!

How fun... at first the little guy creeped me out a little, but now he seems nice enough. And whatever! I love it!

mona, i dare you!

dick, i havr seen the new plates. You are right, BORING!

scott, i would if i knew how. Something to work on.

To the rest of y'all: Thank you for your nice words, it's been fun to play with.

Was it scary? I feel like I will lose my links and previous posts and maybe one of my cats if I mess with the layout.

I thought I hit the wrong link. Excellent changes. A little more relaxed on the eye but still edgy and cool. I'm betting that palm tree in your banner wasn't photographed in your neighborhood, hee hee. Very cool.

Whew! What a barrel o' fun to come over here and find something completely different. I'm with Maggie...relaxed on the eye but edgy and cool!

It knocks me out! It's fantastic! I wish I knew how to do such things.

Happily, your wonderful writing has not changed.

Kellyology said...

I like it. I've thought about developing my own, but that would require me actually learning how to do it. And I can't have that!

Whoa. For a second I thought I was at Scott's blog, seriously.

I like it. It makes me laugh. Pomo rules.

Wish I knew how to do these as well. I did give it a try but... ugh... couldn't carry it off.

Looks good! :)

Peace,

I mentioned liking the new look yesterday, but I'm not sure you caught it, so I'll say it again - Nice new digs!

princess, yes, it was scary. But my links were all fine. I had to re-add my cat whisperer button (which TTQ had done in grey scale for me) and my counter. But it is SO easy to mess around with colors and fonts! Also my cats are all still here.

maggie, we actually DO have a palm tree in our yard. Once we stole someones stuffed piglet at work at took pictures of him in our palm tree and he thought we had taken piglet to Hawai'i.

egan, it's not MY car. Mine is good until August!

mrs.chili, i complusively read ALL comments. So i caught it.

Meno, one of the things I LOVE about you is that you not only read all your comments, but you REPLY to all your comments! It's fantastic, and part of what keeps me coming back!

A new look is good..kinda like changing the furniture around. I don't dare try to change or I risk losing everything I've got so far. Guess I'll have the same one forever!

Lynnea said...

Wow I hadn't realized you could grow a palm up there.

It looks great, I like it too!

Great! (And I wouldn't have noticed if you hadn't mentioned it since I'm reading everything through a feed reader.)
